Devlog ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our macOS application and our website.
Devlog is a fully offline application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, invoices, time entries, or financial information to any external servers. Everything stays on your Mac.
We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:
All data you enter into Devlog—including client details, time logs, invoices, and tax estimates—is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is part of the application's local database and never leaves your machine unless you choose to manually export a backup or a PDF invoice.
Devlog does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics providers, or advertising networks. There are no trackers or hidden scripts in the application.
Since your data is stored locally, its security depends on the security of your Mac. We recommend using standard macOS security features like FileVault to encrypt your disk and protect your local data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we don't have your contact information, we recommend checking this page periodically for any changes. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
